We provide comprehensive co-hosting and vacation rental management services to property owners. Our goal is to deliver a seamless and stress-free experience for both property owners and their guests.

Service Fulfillment

Our services begin upon signing a service agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and expectations.
We handle listing creation, guest communication, pricing optimization, cleaning coordination, maintenance management, and other agreed-upon services.
Services are ongoing and fulfilled on a rolling basis as bookings occur.

Payment & Processing

Payments for co-hosting services are processed through Stripe charged as a fee per the service agreement.
Property owners receive payouts directly from booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO), while our service fees are billed separately based on prior agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Owners may cancel our services with 30 days written notice, subject to any applicable termination terms outlined in the agreement.
Refunds for services already rendered are not available, but prepaid services (if applicable) are eligible for a prorated refund.

Dispute Resolution

We strive for transparency and satisfaction in our services. If there are concerns about service fulfillment, we encourage owners to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
